Tree Preservation Orders

We are able to provide advice concerning the seemingly complex area of Tree Preservation Orders that are put on trees by Local Planning Authorities by keeping abreast of developments and recommendations by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister that are the authority involved in setting legislation.

We can provide a service to aid in planning applications for remedial work to trees with Tree Preservation Orders or that are within a Conservation Area and advice in Tree Preservation Order appeals.
